Please review the following policies designed to protect the flow, energy, and elevated experience of your time with us. ⸻ 💫 What’s Always Included: ✔️ Aloe-infused detangling treatment ✔️ Custom shampoo + deep conditioning system ✔️ Precision trim (if needed) ✔️ Premium braiding hair (waist-length included) ✔️ Human boho hair (if applicable) ✔️ Expert low-tension install technique for healthy growth & longevity ⸻ 💻 Booking & Appointments • All appointments must be reserved through our official booking site. • Appointments begin promptly. A 10-minute grace period is honored. After that, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to maintain our day’s flow. • Style changes (length, size, type, etc.) are not permitted on the day of service. Please finalize all details during booking to ensure your session runs smoothly. ⸻ 💳 Payments & Deposits • A $52 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. → $50 applies to your service total; the remaining $2 covers processing. • Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. • Final payment methods accepted: Cash, Card, Zelle, Through website → All card and digital payments include a 3.7% processing fee (Zelle excluded). • Intake forms must be completed immediately after booking to avoid loss of appointment. ⸻ 💇🏾♀️ Hair Prep • All hair and supplies are provided — just show up ready to bloom. • Hair must be loose, and shampoo-ready upon arrival. • Select your desired length and color during booking to ensure we are prepared to deliver your requested look. ⸻ 🧖🏽♀️ Health & Safety • Disclose all scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities via your intake form. • The Bloom Effect reserves the right to respectfully decline a service that may compromise the health of the client or the stylist. ⸻ 🌸 Atmosphere & Guests • To preserve the peace and luxury of your experience, no additional guests or children are permitted unless medically required. • This space was designed for you to rest, reset, and receive. ⸻ 💕 Refunds & Adjustments • All services are non-refundable. • If something doesn’t feel quite right, reasonable adjustments can be requested within 72 hours of your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the remaining service balance.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
Your deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
Our time together is sacred — please honor it accordingly.
Last-Minute Reschedules
Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your service time is considered a late cancellation and will incur the same fee.
This ensures we respect the flow of our schedule and honor the value of every booked time slot.
Emergencies do happen — if you need to reschedule within 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial credit toward your next visit, at the discretion of The Bloom Effect.
