Please finalize all details during booking to ensure your session runs smoothly. ⸻ 💳 Payments & Deposits • A $51.75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. → $50 applies to your service total; the remaining covers processing fees. • Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. • Final payment methods accepted: Cash, Card, Zelle, Through website → All card and digital payments include a 3.7% processing fee (Zelle excluded). • Intake forms must be completed immediately after booking to avoid loss of appointment. ⸻ 💇🏾♀️ Hair Prep • All braiding hair and supplies are provided — just show up ready to bloom. • Hair must be loose, and shampoo-ready upon arrival. • Select your desired length and color during booking to ensure we are prepared to deliver your requested look. ⸻ 🧖🏽♀️ Health & Safety • Disclose all scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities via your intake form. • The Bloom Effect reserves the right to respectfully decline a service that may compromise the health of the client or the stylist. ⸻ 🌸 Atmosphere & Guests • To preserve the peace and luxury of your experience, no additional guests or children are permitted unless medically required. • This space was designed for you to rest, reset, and receive. ⸻ 💕 Refunds & Adjustments • All services are non-refundable. • If something doesn’t feel quite right, reasonable adjustments can be requested within 72 hours of your appointment. Over the years, I’ve perfected the art of knotless braids, boho knotless, stitch braids, twists, and more—while creating a salon experience designed to feel as restorative as it is beautiful. At The Bloom Effect, every appointment includes thoughtful touches: a luxury shampoo and scalp cleanse, waist-length hair provided, custom hydration sprays, and an inviting atmosphere that feels like self-care in motion.
